MY ORDER IS A GIFT... DO YOU INCLUDE PRICE INFORMATION ON YOUR PACKING SLIPS?

Don't worry, we never include the price on any of the packages that we ship out!

DO YOU OFFER SAME DAY LOCAL DELIVERY?

No, sorry. The best we can do is we can sometimes ship same day (via FedEx or UPS) for local delivery next day. 

HEY, I JUST PLACED MY ORDER AND I FORGOT TO INCLUDE A GIFT NOTE. IS IT TOO LATE? 

Reply to your order confirmation email and let us know that you meant to include a note, and if it hasn't shipped yet we'll make sure it is included. 

WHERE ARE YOU BASED?

We live and work in Homestead, Fl. We do not have a retail storefront; our gift collections are only available online. 

HOW DO I GET IN TOUCH?

If you've already placed an order with us and want to get in touch about that specific order, you can also reply to your order confirmation email. We'll respond as quickly as we can to help you out! 

HOW FAST IS SHIPPING?

We ship out new orders within 1-2 business days, and we send all packages  so they'll reach their final destination 1-5 days from their ship date. Expedited service is also available as an option during checkout. We offer the ability to select your desired ship date if you'd like to schedule shipping for the future. 

WHAT HAPPENS TO RETURNED PACKAGES? 

If the address provided to us is invalid or inaccurate, UPS will return the package to us. We make every effort to validate all addresses we mail to, however the customer bears the responsibility of providing a correct shipping address. Packages typically take anywhere from one week to one month or more to be returned to our warehouse. Due to the perishable and fragile nature of our gifts, we are not able to resend packages, and instead will extend a coupon to you if you'd like to try to resend (perhaps to an updated address, etc). 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we offer international shipping via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping charges will be automatically calculated for you during checkout based on the package destination and weight.

WHAT IS YOUR PRIVACY POLICY?

We never share your name, email, or contact information with anyone - ever! If you sign up for the RIVOLDI newsletter, you can opt out at any time. When you place an order, you have the option of whether or not to sign up for our newsletter - but you certainly don't have to.
